Meditation – 3/18

Today, I talked about the challenges/anxiety we all are experiencing given the multitude of changes happening suddenly in our lives. And that we can find moments of presence, away from the “what if’s”, toward gratitude for the simple things we already have — food on the table, heat in our homes, water from the tap. That helps ground us in the now and calms us, knowing we are okay in this moment.
