Judy Shen-Filerman is CEO of Dreambridge Partners, a cross-cultural leadership coaching firm, focused on galvanizing Best Self, Belonging and Collaboration to drive organizational innovation and productivity. Judy’s mission is to empower “culture-crossers” (women, persons of color, first gen and global professionals) to be their Best Self and catalyze organization leaders to create diverse, equitable and inclusive ecosystems where all employees can thrive.
