In preparation for your Career Goals Discussion with your manager:

1. Schedule the Career Goals Discussion with your manager (target date?)
2. Use the Career Reflections Workbook to prepare for your discussion
   • Review and reflect on the questions from pages 4-6 referring to the Emerging Leaders Program you attended, led by Judy Shen-Filerman (noted on each of the pages)
   • Please complete and send pages 4-6 to your manager at least 1 week before your agreed-to Career Goals Discussion
   • Complete page 7 ahead of the discussion to prepare your thoughts for the Career Goals Discussion
3. Meet with your manager for the Career Goals Discussion
4. Complete the Career Goals Vision Statement Worksheet with your Manager
5. Finish page 8 of your Career Reflections Workbook
6. (add in review w/ Marques?)
7. (Finalize the Career Goals Vision Statement Worksheet after the review with Marques?)

Managers:

3. Review takeaways from the Pre-Program Evaluation workbook you completed prior to this module
4. Review ELP’ers’ Career Reflections Worksheets (ELP’er to send manager pages 4-6 from their workbooks at least 1-week before the agreed on Career Goals discussion date)
5. Meet with your ELP’er for the Career Goals Discussion
6. Complete the Career Goals Vision Statement Worksheet with your ELP’er
7. (add in review w/ Marques?)
8. (Finalize the Career Goals Vision Statement Worksheet after the review with Marques?)
