We design our programs recognizing the unique experiences of Professionals of Marginalized Identities and know that it benefits all professionals. All are welcome!

Not at all! You’re welcome to register for any session that fits your interests and needs. Each one is designed to stand alone while also building on the overall series experience.
At this time, our sessions are live-only to assure the intimacy, safety, and real-time connection of our community spaces. We encourage participants to be fully present for the live experience.

Judy Shen-Filerman
Judy Shen-Filerman is CEO of Dreambridge Partners, a cross-cultural leadership coaching firm, focused on galvanizing Best Self, Belonging and Collaboration to drive organizational innovation and productivity.
As a Chinese immigrant woman who grew up in NYC, Judy’s first-hand struggles and accomplishments as a corporate executive have deeply informed the mission and work of the firm. Judy’s impact is proven with a broad base of institutional and university clients.
Judy’s mission is to empower “culture-crossers” to be their Best Self and catalyze organization leaders to create diverse, equitable and inclusive ecosystems where all employees can thrive.
